I can’t quite believe this is the second year in a row that we’ve had to cancel our lovely Pennine Spring Music Festival. We were very much hoping that the situation with Covid would have improved sufficiently for us to go ahead this year. Unfortunately it wasn’t to be and it’s very sad to think we should be in Heptonstall this week.

We will go ahead with our festival in its usual format beginning Monday May 30th 2022. We have decided to carry over the programme chosen for 2020. It would be lovely to make PSM 2022 an even bigger success than usual so please start making your plans now and encourage family and friends to join us as players, singers or audience members. By then it will have been a very long time since we could sing and play together and I’m sure it will be a very joyful occasion.

The committee and I wish you a very happy summer and hope you and your families stay safe and well. We look forward to seeing you next year.
